HOW MUCH DOES SERVICE COST?
$60 per large load
Small / Large bedding or other items are priced by the piece.
$30 for each additional load - after the 1st load that is required.
$40 for a pickup fee if laundry was not ready and available.
No refunds after arrival for pickup.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
We will bill your credit or debit card directly, or we accept cash. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express
IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
There are no pickup or deliver fees. However, there are service fees in certain areas that we have challenges in servicing. Such as; if a machine is broken after beginning use.
I MISSED MY PICKUP DAY. IS THERE A MISSED PICKED UP FEE?
We’ve put in place a text reminder to help make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out or cancel the day of pickup, we do reserve the right to charge a $40 missed pickup fee to cover costs.
IS THERE ANY CONTRACT OR LONG TERM COMMITMENT?
No. We also can set you up on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly plan.
HOW OFTEN CAN I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY LAUNDRY PROFILE?
You can change it as often as you’d like.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN YOU PICK UP AND DELIVER?
No problem. Just leave the laundry where we can access it. Whenever possible, please select a pickup or drop off site that’s protected from the weather.
DO YOU SELL LAUNDRY BAGS?
Yes, we do sell laundry bags. Please note that our purchases are non refundable.
WHEN WILL MY LAUNDRY BE PICKED UP AND DELIVERED?
That depends on your area. We make every effort to are sure you have consistent and convenient pickup and drop off times.
Please note that we do not operate on the weekends, delivery will be on the next business day.
WHEN IS THE LATEST I COULD SCHEDULE A PICKUP?
We prefer you to scheduled the day before, by 5pm. This allows enough time for us to plan our routes for the day.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO REMIND ME TO LEAVE MY LAUNDRY OUT FOR PICKUP?
We will test all of our customers the day/night before for pickup.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO LEAVE MY LAUNDRY OUT FOR PICKUP? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

COULD YOU PICK UP AND DELIVER TO MY PLACE OF WORK?
Yes. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pickup and delivery details.
IT’S RAINING OUTSIDE AND I’M AFRAID MY CLEAN LAUNDRY WILL GET WET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We will do our best to protect your laundry. However, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost of damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home.
IF THERE’S SEVERE WEATHER AND THE ROADS ARE UNSAFE, WILL MY LAUNDRY BE RETURNED ON TIME?
This does not happen often but it could. If there is a storm or other natural occurrences, we will return your laundry to you as soon as it’s safe to do so. We will keep you updated to any changed via text and/or email.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?
You can expect your laundry to returned within the same day or next business day.
CAN YOU PUT YOUR PICKUPS ON HOLD WHILE I’M ON VACATION OR OUT OF TOWN?
If you are going to be away, please schedule your pickup and delivery either before or after. We will currently not hold any laundry during that timeframe.
I WANT MY LAUNDRY WASHED, DRIED AND FOLDED A SPECIFIC WAY. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
You can choose the water temperature, the detergent and whether you like fabric softener or not. Regarding the folding, we will fold a simple basic fold (based on the style or worn clothing) to the best of our ability and as neat as we can.
WILL MY CLOTHES BE WASHED OR DRIED WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS CLOTHES?
No. We wash, dry and fold our customers laundry individually in separate machines.
CAN I GET MY CLOTHES AIR DRIED?
Any clothes that require washing and air drying will be folded wet and put into the bag. It will be your responsibility to hang the clothes up to air dry.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU LOSE / DAMAGE SOME CLOTHING?
We will do our best to make sure everything is perfect. Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. We cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged.
